Will it replace my reception?
No. It handles the repetitive questions at any hour and hands everything that needs a person to you. Guests still talk to you; they just don't wait until morning for the easy answers.
Can it take bookings?
It turns questions into booking requests: dates, room preferences, name and contact, sent to you. It never confirms a booking or a price on its own.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only answers from your information and is instructed not to guess. Before launch we test it on 50 real questions, and every month we review conversations and improve it.
Does it work on my current website?
