What we collect and why
- Preview requests: your name, business name, email, and optionally phone, current website, languages and message. We use them to prepare your preview and reply to you. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and your consent.
- Reviews: your name, role, business, email, rating and review. We use them to check the review came from a client and, with your consent, to publish your name, business and words.
- Our AI concierge: what you type in the chat, and contact details if you choose to leave them. We use them to answer you and pass enquiries to us. Conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat.
- Currency: to show prices in your currency, our server reads the country your connection comes from. It isn't stored. Your currency choice is remembered only in your own browser.
How long we keep it
Preview requests are kept for as long as we're in contact about them and deleted within 24 months if we don't work together. Published reviews stay online until you ask us to remove them.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers, each bound by a data processing agreement: Cloudflare (hosting and our concierge server), Resend (sending emails from our forms), and Anthropic (the AI model that writes the concierge's replies). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and photos from Unsplash, which means your browser connects to their servers and they can see your IP address.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we use cookie-free statistics.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
